A block of rooms has been reserved at the ClubHouse Hotel & Suites in Sioux Falls, SD. This hotel will serve as the official wedding hotel of the Oliver-Donnelly wedding and we strongly encourage all of our guests traveling to join us to book here.
Update 7.16.2014: An extra block of rooms has opened up at the ClubHouse Suites Hotel! Anyone who was on the waitlist for a Friday night room should now be confirmed. Those who booked a room elsewhere should call the ClubHouse Suites Hotel to reserve a room (and cancel your reservation at any other locations) as soon as possible.
We still strongly recommend everyone book with the Clubhouse Suites so you can take the wedding shuttle.
We will provide shuttle transportation to and from the ceremony and reception and the ClubHouse Hotel and Suites.
Due to a convention in Sioux Falls the same weekend as the wedding, we strongly recommend booking early!

Individuals should call the ClubHouse Hotel directly at (605) 361-8700 or (866) 534-8700 to reserve a guest room. Guests must specify they are with Oliver - Donnelly Wedding to receive the special group rate.
Please note: Guests must call the Hotel directly to make reservations. The special group rate and room block cannot be booked online.

* This bike trail will be used for the Wedding Day 5k the morning of the wedding.

Other hotels in the area
Since there is a big convention in town on Friday, August 22, we wanted to recommend several alternate options for lodging. It's easy to get to the ClubHouse Suites from any of these hotels should you wish to switch to the wedding hotel for Saturday (as the wedding shuttle will only be departing from the ClubHouse Suites hotel). All of these hotels are modern and well recommended.

Flight information
Sioux Falls has a mid-size airport complete with SEVEN gates. This will likely be the best option for those flying in. It is located about 10-15 minutes from the hotel and from downtown Sioux Falls. The ClubHouse Hotel does offer a shuttle to/from the airport, though you'll want to call the front desk to confirm final arrangements if you are planning on using this option.
